They come for an oil change, but we include a complimentary visual checkup. The things we start seeing are: brakes, pads and rotors, tie rod ends, tires and tire tread. When we price these out, they end of staying with us because of our rates and our service. Our service is go great, customers send us Thank You cards regularly.
