I had purchased the Register Tape product many years back and was less than thrilled. I have to say, when you initially called I tried to blow you off. i appreciate the persistence to come and show me what changes had been made since i last advertised and was surprised to find out the successes others in my franchise system were enjoying. The ideas you put in front of me made sense. I have no doubt I was not the easiest sale you have ever had, but I am completely satisfied with the response and service I have received from you and your company. So much so that I have added a 3rd grocery store for my Grease Monkey location in Frisco, CO. As you know, I calculate success of my advertising by the number of NEW customers generated and not just total return. RTUI generated in excess of the number I deemed necessary and I still have distribution left on my original purchase .
