- I have been using the register tapes for at least 5 years now. I have been very impressed with the return I see. I also use Val-Pak and the redemptions far surpass theirs. This dollar-for-dollar is a great investment. Used register tapes 10 years previous and it didn't work well. Times have changed and now it's my best advertising I do. I see over 300 coupons per month and they are all spending at least $25.
