My bookkeeper keeps track of the coupons to tell us how many customers see us at the grocery store and come in with the coupons. I see them in my store walking around with a $3 item they came in to buy but walking around trying to find more things to buy to get over $20 so they can use that coupon. That increases my average ticket.
