They agreed to come on the program starting in July 2016. They are located right across the street from the Sidney Baker Street HEB (HEB #655). They agreed to run for a year on the Sidney Baker Street HEB, and we gave them 3 months’ free at the Main Street HEB (HEB 89). We followed up with them monthly, to make sure everything was going well. On November 3rd, we sat down with them to determine exactly how well they were doing. This is only after the first 3 months’ worth of data!!! The metrics that we have shows that our average customer sees a 75-100% increase from Quarter 1 to Quarter 2, and another 10% increase from Quarter 2 to Quarter 3! So we expect for Steven’s experience as a customer to just keep getting better!
