Comments:: Dear Mark, It is with pleasure that we renew our ad on the Safeway for another 2 years. I was quite skeptical that this type of media would be effective. I cater to a more upscale customer and the Safeway store does as well. I am surprised at the feedback we have received. Who would think that an upscale customer would look at,much less use a coupon on the back of a til tape from a grocery store. In addition, the local Safeway encompasses a large swath of our targeted customer base. Just keeping the top of mind awareness that our store is here 3000-8000 times a day on such a local level is invaluable. If you are a local retailer and looking at this as skeptically as I did, break down and try it. I believe the response will surprise you as well. We see approximately 60 coupons a week with an average ticket of $25.00. We are purchasing a new liquor store on the outskirts of Vancouver and will use your product to promote the store when the purchase is completed.
