After you click Request Login below, your request will be sent to the Zone Manager(s) of your corresponding zone.
Once the Zone Manager receives then approves/denies your request the approval will be sent to the RTUI Helpdesk for verification and account creation.
Points to Consider
Not providing accurate contact information and/or not having the correct Zone chosen can greatly delay the process.
RTUI emails may sometimes wind up in your junk mail folder. Please review your junk mail folder and set your white list or Outlook rule to allow email from @rtui.com.
